Affinitel Support

Affinitel Communications offers flexible support options to fit your needs and budget!

Time and Materials (T&M)

This is a perfect fit for companies that may only need our services on an as-needed basis.  Generally businesses with standard telephony needs select this option. Simply contact us at 800-300-3425.

Monthly Hourly Service Packages

Affinitel offers flexible service-only packages from 2 hours up to 10 hours per month at a discounted rate.  Hours do not rollover from month to month.  Materials are not included.  Our most popular package is the 4-hour per month package. Contracted customers receive priority service within 48 hours.  Minimum contract term: 6 months, then month-to-month.

Enterprise Service Contract – (ESC)

Our Enterprise Service Contracts cover labor and applicable PBX equipment which includes system cards and power supplies.  We add the value of having a customized PBX crash kit for your company on-hand.  ESC Contracted customers receive immediate remote support and/or onsite support within 6 hours. Minimum contract term: 12 months.

Remote Support

Remote access, when allowed/provided by client, allows our technicians to quickly address issues and possibly resolve them immediately.  Support is provided by either having direct access to the client system, by phone or via an Affinitel-hosted WebEx session. This option is provided for all service support levels and packages.  Remote support is billed in 30-minute increments.
